Description

We specialise in the production of components with complicated shapes in medium production runs. We can employ our more than twenty years of experience in close cooperation with your designers, with whom we create the ideal design for the components. We optimise the components so that during production we can eliminate problems on an operative basis and thus avoid needless extra costs for projects. Production is effective and fast, and we deliver by the deadline. Advantages of sheet metal stamping -from the economic aspect it is most advantageous method for mass production -progressive stamping allows us to manufacture thousands of items per shift -we manufacture smaller runs starting from 10,000 items, and the runs can go into the millions -possible cooperation starting with the development of the component thanks to cooperation with prototyping production at the Sheet Metal Processing division We stamp items out of various types of material (steel, galvanised and stainless steel sheets, copper, brass and bronze alloy sheets) on mechanical presses. Thanks to the progressive dies we can manufacture an unlimited number of component variants from sheet metal with a thickness ranging from 0.5 mm to 3 mm on presses with a working force from 25 to 400 tons. After the die is fitted in the press and the coil of production material is fed into it, finished components drop out of the press and are sent for further processing.
