Description

The heart of the unit is the special developed hydraulic aggregate. It is not only high efficient, it is also extremely quiet. In a normal ambient noise, the machine is hardly to hear. The concept was figured out, that only standard valves and oils are used. That means, the maintenance interval is not only extremely long, it is also very cheap. Needles to say, accuracy is also a certain need on such machines. So, the pressure deviation is about 1 percent and the machine can press to size with a tolerance of +0,01mm. The thermo oil heating and cooling device is completely integrated. Via the flexible press ram and tilting table, not only directly and indirectly heated moulds can be used, also e.g. panels can be pressed to size. The feeding is done ergonomic out of the press via the tilting table. To increase flexibility, a standard interface also for injection devices is part of the machine. Those injection devices are also part of Langzauner’s portfolio. That means, Langzauner offers a complete concept for your process. Press, heating and injection device, all from one supplier. The user optimised operation system is realised by a 15 inch touch panel. A process data recording with an interface for Excel helps to visualize the process data. Because of the high flexibility, the machine is not only interesting for automotive and aeronautic industries. It is also very interesting for research and development facilities.
