The test can be set to cycle automatically, and the frequency can be set to match the application and user. The force is limited to 200 lb and can be reduced using the air regulator for safe operation. Hand loaded test rates can be up to 2,000 / hour. As a fatigue cycler, the Super Sorter can be set to cycle at rates of up to 3,000 / hour. It can be programmed to shut off at a predetermined number of cycles, or if the tested parts exceed the test load tolerances.
