The LNDW-2000 computer control bolt-nut tension-torsion testing machine is specially designed and assembled to conduct the test to verify the suitability of high strength bolt/nut/washer assemblies for pre-loaded bolted connection in metallic structures, as per BS EN 14399-2 and other relevant international test standards. It is an upgrading model from our NDW series computer control torsion testing machine, which is reliable and popular among our customers. The main system consists of loading part, driving part, digital data sampling and control system, and operating software. It can test the result of torque, torsion angel, axial force and other corresponding data and show torque – angel, force – angel , torque – force etc test curve. Features 1.main structure The main body of this machine adopts the floor-landing style, it is all made of high quality structural steel, which is of high stiffness and resistance ability to deformation and torsion. The motor, decelerator, coupler, dynamic torque sensor, and loadcell are all aligned well in the same center line, which makes the test result accurate and reliable. 2.loading structure The loading structure is a re-new designed type upon the structure issued in EN 14399-2, as the following picture showing, when tightening the nut, it transfers the direct compression force on the loadcell to a load converter structure and compress the loadcell on the end side indirectly, in this way, it makes the testing bolt minimum length more short than before, thus making the test more flexible, and the samples more universal and accessable.
