Powermark FlyCO2 for integration is a robust, durable laser marking product that works in any industrial environment. It can be used for laser marking 2D codes, alphanumerical codes, one-dimensional codes, and logos.
FlyCO2 is the ideal laser marker for plastic and natural materials, like Plexiglas, paper, wood, hard stone, fabric, or marble. It can be integrated into any production line, and the laser engraver is the ideal combination of low operating costs and high productivity.
LASIT designed it for interfacing with existing PLC systems.RS232 or TCP/IP — in the Client/Server concept — communication is available as well as the use of digital signals. The power of CO2 laser markers ranges from 10 W to 70 W, air cooled.
The gas is excited inside the source using radio frequency (RF), which determines the power of the output flow. The “Preview” function in the LASIT software allows the piece to be centered. The scanner unit can be Flat Field (two axes) or Prescan with Dynamic Z (three axes).
Flat Field uses a pair of high-speed, high-precision galvanometers, with drivers and control electronics — SMT technology — integrated in the head. The head is sealed to prevent mirror contamination.
As with all LASIT laser markers, this one can be integrated into the line with Profibus, Profinet, or Ethernet/IP protocols.
All our Laser Markers are qualified for Industry 4.0. LASIT supplies all the necessary technical materials and instructions for connecting the laser to the factory’s system at no additional cost. LASIT can ship this product in 48 hours.
