Manual gasket cutting machine MANUAL GASKET CUTTING MACHINE There are 2 models of gasket cutting machines: Type LI 12 M (with motor) or Type LI 12 (manual).These machine are designed to accurately cut out circular joints and gaskets in materials such as leather, rubber, plastic, felt, vulcanised fibre and PTFE with a thickness of up to approximately 8 mm. Its design enables to cut easily and rapidly without prior marking of any gasket in a wide range of diameters (80 to 1,250 mm). Delivered with an extra wheel. The gasket cutting machine is provided with a safety device to prevent unexpected start-up when connecting the equipment. To properly cut the material, start marking the sheet slightly then proceed further (for higher thicknesses, it is recommended to cut halfway and turn the sheet the other way round to complete cutting operation).
