The traditional Gouda model (round cheese with rounded edges) is often used in cheese production. When you cut this cheese in smaller pieces for consumers, you always have some cutting waste. This cheesemould eliminates the waste. When you cut this cheese, it looks like a piece of a traditional round Gouda model. In fact, it is a rectangular shape with rounded edges! This model is a double-mould, but can basically be constructed in every shape.
