Description
As an alternative for the ‘protected-perforation’ design we have cheesemoulds with perforation through the whole thickness of the sidewall. In that case the perforation channels are 8 mm long. The advantage of this is costs: the material that is being used is 8 mm thick. A protected-perforation execution has a total thickness of 15 mm.
