Description
The Bohle Laboratory Blender LM 40 is a mobile unit. The blender itself is integrated into a frame with lock casters. A Plexiglas cover protects the type MC blending containers (standard container sizes: 5, 10, 20 and 40 litres) during rotation to ensure full worker safety.
The Bohle blending technology has been demonstrated to be fully scalable from five liters (LM 40, as presented) up to 12,000 liter blenders.
The cover is opened to allow access to the MC blending container. If the cover is opened during blending, a safety switch will stop the unit. The blender has a drive unit with a bevel gear motor and a potentiometer control to infinitely adjust the rotational speed.
