The machines series has been designed and built specifically to meet the needs of those who want to carry out tests on compression mortars and cements in building site laboratories; features of these machines are: assembled frame without welds, temperate compression plates, hardened and ground steel, robustness, precision of measurement, ease to use and transport, the perfect compliance with new Standards. The modularity has been interpreted in the full sense of its meaning. The housing piston load was obtained in the lower part of the machine. The machine performs compression tests on: • Cylindrical samples 50x50mm, 100x100mm (diameter x height) • Cubic samples **40mm, **50 mm, 100 mm. It is equipped with hand operated hydraulic power unit driven by anincorporated electric motor. There is a pump of more pumping rods thatlets you apply the load evenly and consistently. A device allows the rapidapproach of the test plates, with automatic pressure test at the time ofcontact between plates and sample. A special valve, with command unit,it enables you to a pre-regolate load gradient, depending on what isrequired by standards. It is equipped with safety valve of maximumpressure, to avoid breaking of the measuring system load beyond themaximum load of the machine (C099).
