The Automatic UV Screen Printer for Bottle Caps is a highly efficient machine which has auto feeding, flame treatment, auto loading and screen printing, as also UV drying - all in one function. It has a closed working system with online flame treatment, safety protection and reliable PLC control and touch screen operation system. Its high quality aluminium alloy ensures light and ruggedization. The machine has a printing speed of 4000-5000 cs/hr and can print objects with lengths of 20`200 mm. It works with power of 3KW, 200 V. The UV screen printer promises quality with SMC, FESTO pneumatic parts and Omron, Siemens Electric parts. The compress air is 0.6`0.8 MPa and burning oil air is 0.15MPa. The main machine dimension is 260*169*280CM.
