• Soft startup of the agitator through the use of a frequency converter. Low load on the mechanical components and a long service life as a result
• Integrated, heated work tank approx. 55 cm wide and 38 cm deep
• The tank capacity is approx. max. 40kg min. 20kg
• Automatic individual shutdown of heating circuits dependent on the filling volume
• Solid chocolate is melted over a period of about 4 hours
• Liquid chocolate can be continually replenished in small constant volumes
