The HR-150M digital Rockwell hardness tester is used to determine hardness of ferrous, non-ferrous metals and non-metal materials. The tester is accurate, reliable, and highly durable as well. It is used in testing processes of heat treatment materials, such as quenching, hardening and tempering. The dial indicator can read HRA, HRB, HRC. The tester loading, dwell and unloading are automatic, and eliminates human error. The HRA, HRB, HRC measuring range is 20-88HRA, 20-100HRB, 20-70HRC. The dwelling time is 60S. The hardness is indicated on a digital LCD display. The height of the specimen is 170mm. The HR-150M tester dimensions are 468X240X630mm. The loading, dwell and unloading of the tester is buffered automatically by an electronic motor and this eliminates operation error if a human is involved.
