It can measure the material strength, effects of heat treatment on substance, depth of the carburized or decarburized layer and a flame toughened layer, effect of hardening, rigidity as a result of welding and authentication. Operator is not required to read the detail length of the indentation. The operator is required to check the D1, D2 diameter of indentation and press the length key twice, after that the built-in hardness calculator can computer the Vickers scale and display the final testing result automatically on the LCD display. The testing load in Kgf is 0.3, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 and N is 2.94, 4.9, .8,19.6, 29.4, 49.0, 98.0. It has an optional CCD video measurement system.
