Description

The QM7 series is a range of friction hinges that are made up of zinc alloy, steel and grease. The friction hinges feature nature or black paint finish. The cycle life is over 25,000 cycles within ±20% of static torque specification. APPLICATIONS: -- Display panels, industrial enclosures, office equipment, housing appliance, medical equipment… TORQUE RATINGS: -- Symmetric: 0.5, 0.7 and 0.9Nm -- Asymmetric: 0.7, 0.9 and 1.1Nm - (high torque direction) 360 degree shaft rotation Nature or black paint finish M2.5 or #4 screw mounting hole Zero backlash Minimal or no springback RoHS compliant Customized torque is available Partial design customization on this friction torque hinge is also available Note: Two different mounting distance configurations for your selection; please refer to 2D drawing.
