The air differential pressure switch (sensor) is used to measure the air differential pressure in ventilation systems. For example, to monitor filter clogging or fan motor belt integrity. Includes mounting kit with the soft tube. It can be used to control the clogging of filters in the air purification sections, as well as to control the operation of the motor of the fan section.
Features of the LF32 air pressure switch
Long life: Designed for 0.1 million switching cycles.
Can be used in cleanrooms.
Possesses high precision of setting and regulation.
Long-term stability of the switch-off setpoints.
Ease of installation
The LF32 is an adjustable differential pressure switch capable of detecting minuscule changes in pressure due to its size and proven design. The switch setpoint or switching point can be field adjustable without the need for a manometer by simply using the adjustment knob and the built-in calibrated visual scale. Differential pressure switch is equipped with a clear cover that not only protects the adjustment knob to be moved involuntary but also provides class IP54 protection.
The LF32 Air Sensing Switch is primarily used in heating and ventilation applications where the need to accurately monitor airflow in air duct systems, air filters, flaps is critical.
Some specific applications of the LF32 Air Handling Unit Pressure Switch are :
Controlling fire protection flaps in ventilation ducts
Monitoring air filters in cooling and heating systems
Monitoring cooling systems of industrial electronic circuits,
Monitoring positive pressure on pressurized rooms
Monitoring airflow on fan heaters (overheating protection)
