Leica iGG2 solutions for graders increase machine utilization, productivity and material efficiency in any earthmoving and fine grading contract. The solution can be paired with a wide range of sensors and combines ease of use, flexibility with an intuitive user interface.
The new modern 5'' and 7'' Leica iCON MCP50 and MCP70 panels feature a very bright multi-touch screen display, providing great visibility throughout the day, night, and under every light condition. The Leica iCON iGG2 grader software application runs inside our new Smart Junction Box - no longer directly from the panel – improving overall system performance and adding flexibility for feature solution developments.
Entry-level machine control
The Leica iCON grade iGG2 solution provides automatic control of both slope and elevation. Laser receivers are mounted on the grader and used together with a rotating laser. A single laser indicates height. Adding an extra mast and laser sensor allows you to work independently of the slope direction.
Automatic side shift
For graders, the new trisonic sensor is used to hold the height and slope by following a string line or an existing curb. When the machine runs in Auto mode, the trisonic sensor holds the height and controls the side shift following a string line or an existing curb.
State-of-the-art sensors
Use the Leica MLS720 or MLS 820 laser receivers. The new MLS820 laser receiver has a wider span which can be used without electrical mast. It features Electronic Set Point to avoid manual moving of the sensor up and down and eliminates the use of an electrical mast.
