A high level of extrudate quality for high flow rates The experience of Lescuyer and Villeneuve in the field of rubber makes it possible to offer specific single-screw extruders which respond to conventional temperature and flow rate issues. Used in the laboratory or for the production of rods and profiles, Lescuyer extruders are temperature regulated in several specific zones. Equipment for all types of applications are designed: flat head, tube head, multi-extrusion, metal sheathing, "Roller nose", variable section head. The intuitive and ergonomic operator panel allows to visualize all the information at a glance and fully control the extrusion process. All Lescuyer extruders meet the highest safety standards: NF EN 1114.
