Type LCA valve position monitor is the latest addition to the comprehensive range of Valve Position Monitors available from Imtex Valve Communication. Designed for direct mounting to ISO-NAMUR valve actuators in General Purpose applications, the Type LCA Monitor is a compact and robust, hard anodised aluminium enclosure with 2 independently settable mechanical switches. It is the perfect solution for typical non-hazardous applications where cost and performance are critical considerations. High Pressure Die Cast, Hard Anodised Aluminium Enclosure – Aluminium enclosure is high pressure die cast to provide a clean surface texture before being hard anodised finished for enhanced environmental performance. The enclosure is then powder coated to further improve protection ● SPDT Mechanical Switch Version– Lever operated, low contact resistance (2) micro-switches for long operational life. Optional Version – (2) Slot style inductive proximity sensors. ● Infinitely Adjustable Switch Cams- Cams are independently set to exact operating position requirement before being locked in place . ● Additional Terminals for Back-wired Solenoid– (2) additional terminals are provided to allow termination of a back-wired solenoid mounted on the actuator with a further 2 terminals provided for field wiring to the solenoid. ● Conduit Entry Points– (1) M20 entry for field wiring and optional (1) M16 entry for back-wired solenoid (Note – M16 entry is plugged when not required). ● High Visibility Red-Green Indicator– Visual indicator allows visual confirmation of valve position from all sides around the LCA Monitor
