YX-10 model sapphire mound orientation instrument is professionally used for crystal orientation of sapphire blank. The blank crystal of sapphire need to be processed into C surface or crystal bar of other wafer, after drill crystal bar through machine, we need to do accurate orientation for blank crystal along C direction, so that can get purpose of drilling C direction crystal bar. Brief Introduction： 1. Suitable for KY method, heat exchange method, sapphire crystal of specification: length (height) 350, diameter (round) 350mm. 2. Measures sapphire orientation angle C direction, 20°50′angular instrument is fixed angle. (When measures orientation can select other angle)
