Stair nosing

PRESSURE-LOCKED STAIRTREADS Stair treads of pressure-locked gratings are manufactured in accordance with DIN 24531-1 or based on this standard. They consist of a specially shaped and perforated nosing, a tread made of forge-welded gratings and perforated side plates. To facilitate assembly and for tolerance compensation, the side plates are always provided with a borehole and an oblong slot. Perforated nosing edges increase the sustainability of stair treads and specifically mark the front edge visually. This contributes significantly to the safe use of a staircase.
