Description

Max-Upenders hydraulically tip 2,000 to 10,000 lb loads up to 90 degrees and have a wide variety of industrial applications. They can be loaded and unloaded by fork lift, stacker, conveyor or crane in a surface mount design or by a pallet truck in a pit mounted design. Max-Upenders are built to order in the US with US steel and components. The quality of the components used in a Max-Upender is only matched by the quality of its construction. Each upender is three dimensionally modeled prior to fabrication as we determine the best possible design for the specific application it is addressing. The platform decks are reinforced with ribbed steel by AWS certified welders and the cylinders, motor and pump are mounted in a clean and efficient manner. We can accommodate unique material handling requirements with custom designed platform sizes, shapes, top materials and surface mounts. We invite you to visit our custom upenders page to view a sampling of our prior work. Zerk Fittings On camroller and pivot points. Regreasable. Lasts longer than lifetime lubricated bearings. Easily serviced. 15 Min. Motor Intermittent duty. Able to be run for 15 minutes of every hour. Suitable for medium and high cycle applications. Ribbed Steel Platform deck is reinforced by ribbed steel to eliminate load deflection and provide for stable load rotation throughout the stroke of the cylinder. Adv. Valving Pressure compensated control valve eliminates gravitational effects on descent producing smooth rotation.
