The Max-Lift-XL lift table doesn't have just a few more thousand pound capacity than the standard Max-Lift, it was completely reengineered from the ground up to create the most rugged lift possible for extra heavy duty industrial applications. The base frame and platform are taller as a result of the larger rollers used. The upper rollers feature a roller bridge plate for added structural stability. Thicker steel is used in both the platform top as well as the uniquely shaped scissor arms. 5" bore double clavis mounted cylinders keep the hydraulic pressure low enabling internal mounting of the 3 HP power unit. The Max-Lift-XL is built-to-order in the USA using US steel and components. Numerous standard options are available. We can customize the lift per application to accommodate a wide variety of requirements. Large Cylinders 5" bore cylinders provide high efficiency due to larger piston surface, sealed with teflon for extra long life. 15 Min. Motor Intermittent duty. Able to be run for 15 minutes of every hour. Suitable for medium and high cycle applications. Trapped Rollers Captured 'Lift-Lok' secures top and base leg rollers and allows for easy maintenance access when lowered.
