The MXSA manually pushed walkie behind straddle stacker with manual pump up lift is an economic solution for pallet handling applications in which the frequency of lifting is occasional. It can be used in a variety of material handling applications where the capacities are relatively light and the distances being traveled are short. A common application is for the loading and unloading of a couple pallets from a semi-truck but it can also be used as a mobile work positioner and for stacking pallets on top of one another.
The manually powered lift can be actuated by pumping the handle similar to the how a standard pallet jack operates. A built-in foot pump is also available and comes standard with the unit. Lowering of the load is accomplished by use of the release lever on the handle.
The MXSA features both adjustable forks and adjustable straddle legs, a operator safety screen which provides a barrier between the user and the cylinder, and a 4 bolt pattern on the load casters for exceptional caster life.
Entrapped Rollers
Rollers for the fork carriage are entrapped within a steel "C" channel providing secure placement of loads.
Ergonomic Handle
Comfortable handle with "lift", "lower" and "neutral" lever. Pumps up the fork carriage similar to a pallet jack.
Foot Pump
Forks can be raised by either the foot pump or by pumping the handle, allowing for the operator to decide.
Push Handles
Dual push handles, located at an ergonomic height, reduce the amount of effort required to transport the load.
