Description

Duplex Heads Plunger Metering Pump Capacity range 5-300lph, 8-400bar 2J-X is plunger /piston metering pump with duplex heads. Two liquid heads work separately with independent gear ratio mechanism. It is an ideal proportioning metering dosing pump for two different chemicals. The check valve is double-ball design for increased accuracy. Features: l Flow rate of each head can be adjusted via unique adjusting mechanism from 0-100% independently; l The adjustment can be carried when pump is in operation or at stop; l The steady accuracy is ±1% from 30%-100% of the maximum output; l Automatic operation is achieved by variable speed drive; l Special application for high temperature or low temperature is available with cooling jacket or heating jacket; Materials: l Pump head: SS304,SS316 l Pump case: Cast Iron l Plunger: Ceramic or SS316 coated with ceramic l Packing seal: PTFE and SS316 Ring l Valves: SS304,SS316 l Valve Ball: SS304,SS316, Ceramic
