Rapidly dissolving pectine and other powders – in all sizes S2 is a flexible, very efficient mixer for dissolving powders. Pectine is dissolved in just 3 minutes – it’s fast and it leaves no lumps or “fish eyes”. It actually dissolves double concentration of pectine compared to conventional mixers. S2 is available from small volumes as 50 litres and up to 6,000. Powders are added from the top through the welded lid. Volume: Volumes from 50 to 6,000 litres.
