Description

The 5165LS is a secondary recycle or aggregate plant which performs well with Lippmann’s 3062 Jaw Plant in a two-stage recycle crushing application, or with a Lippmann 3048 Jaw Plant in a two-stage aggregate crushing operation. The 5165LS is available with double or triple deck screen. Rotor Assembly: Fabricated rotor consisting of Shaft, large center tube, (five) 3″ thick ribs (four) backing beams and welded retainers. (Four) replaceable wear resistant high chrome hammers, 4″ thick (Twenty) Hammer shoe assemblies with jacking bolt for secure hammer retention. Each hammer has (four) wear positions (flips) for maximum hammer utilization. (Two) self aligning Pillow block bearings. The bearings are protected by Non-rupturable Labyrinth seals The Rotor is statically balanced in the factory to insure smooth operation Crusher Frame: Upper and Lower crusher frames constructed of 5/8″ plate Replaceable 1 1/4″ wear resistant alloy steel frame liners. (Two) crusher opening cylinders with hydraulic pump (Two) safety pins to hold upper frame open during maintenance. Rotor pin and holder to keep rotor from rotating during service. Breaker Plates: (Two) adjustable breaker plate to accommodate uncrushable material and to adjust the setting. The lower breaker plate setting is maintained by (two) high strength preloaded coil springs. The weight of the upper curtain maintains the setting Breaker plate curtains constructed of 1 1/2″ plate Lower breaker plate liners are cast manganese.
