With its newly designed suction cup frame, the FlyOver is the fastest available glass loading machine. This does not only ensure short cycle times but the system also returns remnant sheets directly to the glass storage, which makes additional remnant sheet buffer systems obsolete.
■ Remnant sheet buffer systems become obsolete
■ The unthreading of the suction bridge is no longer required
■ Gain of time due to diagonal drive mode option
■ Intelligent optimization to avoid remnant sheets
■ Thus, as many storing positions as loading positions are available
Abandonment of remnant sheet buffer systems
With the FlyOver, the glass sheets are transported to the cutting table as far as necessary and are subsequently cut and broken. In case of remnant sheets, they are immediately discharged and may be transported back into the glass storage. An additional remnant sheet buffer system is therefore no longer required.
Intelligent optimization systems
In order to exclude collisions in the process, the intelligent system of the FlyOver prioritizes deposited remnant sheets and plans those as the top priority for the following orders
Gain of time due to diagonal drive mode
The FlyOver automatically chooses the shortest possible way and may in case of empty runs also move diagonally over the glass storage which reduces the cycle times by 10% on average.
