The system is nondestructive and high resolution confocal system. Via adjustment of integration time and scanning dimension, we can observe sub-um scale and get high color resolution image of material and biological samples which can be applied in life science, material, medicine and food research. Futhermore, integration of Raman spectrum or time-corrected singal photo counting (TCSPC) module, we can get micro-Raman, TRPL spectrum and scanning image, also FILM (Fluorescence Lifecycle Micrograph).
