This photovoltaic reference cell is designed for calibrating the irradiance of solar simulator used in testing solar cell or when assessing the performance of photovoltaic devices to determine the |-V characterization. Equipping with suitable optical window to reduce the problem of spectral mismatch. It is also compatible with four wires to make 2 to 4-point measurements possible. The temperature sensor can be selected as either a Type-K thermocouple or a resistance temperature detector (RTD).
