It is mainly used for fully controlled sawing, bending, notching, riveting, and pushing of copper and aluminum bus bars. In the process of processing bus bars, there is no need for manual intervention. It has the advantages of high processing speed and high precision and is widely used in industries such as dense bus ducts. Main features of the CNC busbar sawing bending riveting machine: 1. Feeding part: The feeding and feeding part is equipped with a power clamp, which can complete the feeding and feeding work through the cooperation of the main shaft Y1. 2. Moving part of disc saw: The moving part of the circular saw is in the X direction of the main shaft, and the reciprocating motion is mainly realized by the servo motor through the gear rack, so as to realize the cutting feed and tool withdrawal of the circular saw. The rotation of the circular saw is driven by the high-speed sawing motor. 3. Bending host part: The main bending machine is composed of two sets of front and rear vertical axes Z1 and Z2. The two axes are driven by a hydraulic cylinder and lifted to different heights to form a bending effect. The bending machine has the advantages of fast speed and good forming effect. The bending part can be pulled out, and the mold can be easily replaced to realize the processing of different spans.
