Safe heating of containers in hazardous areas Custom sizes to fit most containers LMK Thermosafe are fully certified and approved to design and manufacture hazardous area heating jackets to fit non-standard container sizes. These ATEX Zone 1 and 2 rated heating jackets can be designed to specifically fit containers that don’t fall within our standard range of heating jackets. They are constructed with a silicone coated glass cloth outer and high density fibreglass insulation. Safe operating conditions are maintained even in the presence of potentially explosive gases. No transformers are required as they operate using a standard 240v ac supply. In most circumstances custom heating jackets are supplied with a wall mounted ATEX certified digital temperature controller. The digital controller allows the user to set and clearly display the operating temperature of the heating jacket.
