Chipblaster S-Series are compact high-pressure coolant systems specifically designed to be placed next to the bar feeder and save valuable floor space. The S-Series units only require coolant connections and a functional interface from the machine tool to operate. The Chipblaster S-Series is a perfect solution, combining easy mobility during installation and maintenance. User-Friendly HMI The user-friendly touch screen interface is available on the variable rate units and provides well-structured and easily readable menus, allowing the user to easily adjust preset pressure values, change unit settings, and monitor various operations in one central location. Easy Maintenance The S-Series features a double cartridge filter with filtering sizes down to 10 or 5 microns and manual crossover, multidirectional casters that allow easy mobility of the unit for installation and maintenance. The unit continues to operate while filters are being replaced. Available on the fixed-rate unit is a maintenance-free cyclone that has no filter media to change and filters coolant to 2 microns. Outlet Options Depending on how many coolant enabled tools are installed on your CNC machine, the S-Series tool interface allows independent control of 1, 4 or 8 coolant outlets. The S-Series units can be equipped with either a fixed or variable rate flow. The variable rate unit can be chosen with two pressure/flow options. The 70 bar model allows variable flow up to 30 liters per minute. The 140 bar model allows variable flow up to 22 liters per minute.
