Description

Rubber expansion absorbers are designed to compensate the temperature deformations in main pipelines with an internal from 800 mm to 1200 mm, for designed operating pressures up to 1.6 MPa. The devices developed and manufactured by us have a unique compensating feature – to deform up to +150 mm, under the above technical conditions of operation of main pipelines. Temperature range of rubber expansion absorbers operation the transported liquid from – 30°C to + 80°C, environment from -40°C to +60°C. The main purpose of rubber absorbers: compensation of the main pipeline linear displacement (tension/compression) caused by temperature difference between the environment and conveyed fluid; compensation of misalignments occurring in pipelines including in those installed the seismically active regions (due to earthquake shocks and ground vibrations resulting in the potential ground subsidence); facilitating the cross-country laying of main pipeline.
