The EdgeMaster is a contact belt sanding machine that is specially constructed for edges. It utilizes an innovative contact belt unit that is integrated with pliable sanding strips that allows quick and versatile edge sanding processes. The work piece to be sanded is pushed against the contact bet and due to the wide contact are, sanding time is increased. Having a width of 200 mm, the contact belt is constructed with grooves that are packed with various kinds of sanding strips. The grooves are capable of being filled with 2 different kinds that are 100 mm in length. These are suitable for wood sanding as well as intermediate sanding. This allows for the machine's full versatility. The EdgeMaster K is integrated with a fast motorized height adjustment belt unit whose speed can be altered with the aid of a frequency converter.
