VDA C-KLT small load carriers are classic KLTs and are specially designed for storage and transport of heavier loads, of up to 50 kg. They have exceptionally robust double walls with reinforcements (struts). Together with the complete composite base, they ensure maximum resistance and stability. They are designed for intensive and long-term use, summing up thousands of use cycles during the service span. C-KLT crates are built to provide extra safety for stacking, and different box sizes can be combined in a stack due to their modular dimensions. They can be used with Euro pallets, dollies, trolleys, or racking. They are well suited for automated handling, with multiple gripping points for machines and robotic arms. The reinforced base is compatible with conveyor lines. Ergonomic handles make them easily manageable for operator handling. These types of boxes are designed, tested, and certified to enable the safe transportation of Dangerous Goods via road, thus suitable for ADR transport of UN-certified products (such as airbags, inflating devices, etc.).
