VDA M-KLT stackable plastic containers The stackable plastic boxes VDA M-KLT are designed for medium-weight loads and are suitable for larger parts, that might not fit properly in a standard-sized container. KLT boxes have a sturdy ribbed base (structural rhombus), provide great stability when stacked, and are impact-resistant. Their feature ensures optimal protection for the pieces or parts placed inside. The totes are environmentally friendly, intensive-use resistant, have a long service life, and are well suited for transporting car parts to assembly lines. They save costs and reduce waste by replacing disposable packaging. Due to the unique internal grid system, VDA M-KLT bins are compatible with thermoformed trays that function as internal organizers, increasing protection of the components placed inside. They come with closed lateral handles for an ergonomic grip. A specified area for various markings/ labels/ barcodes is available. The crates can be equipped with a compatible cover, to increase protection against unwanted external factors, contaminants, etc. The available base dimensions can be combined and interlocked in a stack – either by placing two smaller bins on top of the big one or vice versa, by placing the large-base boxes on top of two small ones. They can be easily stacked on industrial pallets.
