Pallet lid ESD series

ESD plastic pallet lid ESD lids and covers for pallets can be produced, like their non-ESD equivalents, from injected plastic or thermoformed ABS sheets. Both versions provide quality products, resistant to loads and accurate in size. They can be used with injected plastic containers, flatpack systems (pallet and sleeve), VDA crates and boxes, Euro containers, EPP boxes etc. This product is especially convenient for EPP boxes. With their perfectly flat interior, the weight of the stacked pallet is distributed evenly over the surface. Unlike the case of the injected lids, that have reinforcement ribs that might be pressing against the foam boxes, unevenly, leaving cracks or cuts in the material. It can be used for stacking a variety of pallet types. They increase protection from dust or shocks/ accidental vibrations, and help shield the boxes against abrasion with neighboring packages. They have low own weight, meaning low costs for roundtrip transport and also little pressure for the packed products below it. Lids are nested to use as little space as possible when stored or returned. Sturdy, long-lasting, easy to handle by the operators and fully recyclable at the end of their service life.
