Description

Piece loading in manual mode with automatic front door closing. Automatic clamping of the piece to test with cylinders in vertical descent; automatic closing of the piece to allow the carrying out of the leak tests. Leak test in low pressure by introducing air into the piece, stabilization, loss test due to pressure drop. Percussion marking with initials for OK and NOK pieces. Test result signaling and automatic reopening of the clampings only with OK pieces, manual opening of the clampings via push-button for NOK pieces. Automatic front door opening. Piece unloading by the operator once the test is finished.
