Description

Full automatic robotic island for different tests on heat exchangers. Station 1 and 2: double station for the simultaneous leak test in high pressure of two coolers. Station 3 and 4: double station for the simultaneous leak test in high pressure of two coolers. Station 5: cooler height and planarity checks Station 6: cooler weight check Station 7: cooler laser marking loading conveyor belt, unloading conveyor belt for good pieces and unloading conveyor belt for scrap pieces with ink-marking system to discriminate the type of scrap piece. Customised and interchangeable fixtures for cooler leak testing for a fast change of product to test.
