The DiscMaster 3DBB, manufactured by Loewer, provides different operations such as sanding or denibbing. The unit is suitable for use in sanding out milling marks, removing fibers, sanding profiles, and lacquer sanding. Also, the machine is designed with an excenter disc technology, for the maximum sanding results. The machine functions through changing the sanding strips, by pulling out the disc stations. The equipment utilizes 16 offset discs, which rotate and sand the work piece from all sides. As a result, maximum sanding results in moulding, radii, and flat surfaces are possible. In addition, the unit is integrated with two counter-rotating rollers, for the guaranteed uniform finish in the feed direction.
