The LeistoMat is an automatic wood sander that is capable of selecting specific formats based on frame-oriented processes, and is processed through PLC controls select the desired profiles input by the user. The width of the material is scanned with the aid of sensors and the materials are set automatically. This unit is constructed with a dipping mechanism and is integrated with standard functions that guarantee zero breakage of any edges. The LeistoMat is available with 6:6 and 8:8 sanding rollers as well as 12:12 sanding rollers. This machine is also capable of automatically adapting to the selected profile within seconds.
