The Discmaster 4Td has 2 large deburring discs and 2 edge rounding discs that can be used for deburring and edge rounding in one pass. During the through feed, installed discs oscillate constantly over the workpiece. All inside and outside edges can be processed from different angles and directions . Working widths can be 1000 mm or 1500 mm. Widths for smaller parts are available from 20 x 20 mm and for larger parts up to 1500 mm. The machine has ability to process larger parts without having to adjust any of the tools. 4Td is designed for standardized wearing of abrasive tools regardless of the worpieces’ dimensions or its position on the conveyor belt. When processing diverse materials such as steel or stainless-steel, the tools have to be changed. The four discs can be changed within few minutes. There are wide range disc tools offered on the market today. This results decreasing of the tooling costs and increasing the versatility of the machines.
