The LS Industries Flow Through Washer is designed to automate the removal of grease, oil, dirt and other surface impurities from a wide variety of parts and components. Parts pass through the wash system on a power driven, variable speed conveyor. The washer includes a wash cycle, rinse cycle and a blow dry cycle. The 30” x 24” opening will allow for a large variety of parts that can be accommodated by the machine. With the variable speed conveyor, you are able to set the proper cycle times for the level of clean you need to obtain for the parts.
