THE MAIN DIFFERENCE IN COMPARISON TO TRAY PROOFERS IS THE MANNER IN WHICH THE PRODUCTS ARE TRANSPORTED TO THE OVEN, BECAUSE THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT INVERTED DURING UNLOADING FROM THIS PROOFER.
