ZSL series large: scale cold ore screen is linear vibrating screen with double shaft. The two motors work in inverse and self synchronous rotation through the universal coupling driving two exciters to generate the greater linear vibration on screen box without motor involved. This kind of screen has advantages of big handling capacity, reliable operation, easy for amplitude adjustment and low dynamic load transmitted on foundation etc. It’s mainly used in different industries such as metallurgy, mine, coal and port etc. Main application is for < 150℃ cold sinter classification. Working principles: The cold ore screen is installed in sit mode. The two motors working in synchronous and inverse rotation drive the screen box, on which the materials jump forward linearly and continuously. The motors will not vibrate.
