Description

The metallurgical rotary kiln, called also metallurgical & chemical kiln, is used mainly for many coating operations, such as lean iron ore coasting in ion & steel plant of metallurgical industry;chromium ore & nickel iron oxide roasting; high metallurgical ore coating in refractory materials factory; clinker & aluminum hydroxide coasting as well as chrome ore & powder coasting in chemical plant etc. Length of kiln : 25-74 M Production capacity:2.5-200t/h Suitable materials: lime, cement, clay, soil algae, nickel iron ore, magnesite, magnesium metal and metallurgical powder etc. Application: many industries such as cement, lime, metallurgy, construction materials, chemical industry and refractories etc. The metallurgical rotary kiln made by Y.H. Heavy is featured by its simple structure, easy to operate and control, less wearing parts, high efficiency and good product quality. 1、High quality clam steel or alloy steel plates are used for the kiln shell, and the automate welding is adopted. 2、Alloy casting is used for tires, support rollers and open girth gear. 3、Large gap & no lapping bearings are used as sliding bearings. 4、Hardened reducer, elastic diaphragm coupling and DC motor are used as main transmission unit of the kiln. 5、Thrust device 6、Scale overlapping & cylinder pressed sealing used on the kiln hood and kiln tail. 7、Inching device is equipped.
