Iron ore production line The iron ore production line provided by Y.H. Heavy Machinery is specially designed and configured based on the field investigation and requirements of customers, therefore it’s reasonable, efficient and applicable. The line has features of big capacity, low wearness and low running cost. Different types of crushers can be combined on basis of different process to meet the demand of customers. Working time per day: 10h Feed size： <700mm Product fineness： 0-12mm Applied materials: mainly used for hard ore such as iron ore, copper ore, basalt, marble, granite and limestone etc. Applicable field: the crushing of the materials whose hardness is not exceeding 300MPa in hydro-power, construction, road and mines industries. Configuration: vibration feeder, jaw crusher, materials distributor and cone crusher etc. 1、 High level of automation, easy to operate The production line is equipped with the advanced electrical control unit so it’s highly automated. The production process is simple and easy to operate, no person is required when it runs except the switching of the line and routine maintenance. 2、 New technology is adopted to increase greatly the production efficiency The new crushing process is adopted after fully analyzed the grading characteristics of imported ores which is humid and has big fines proportion. The whole line has advantages of little occupied area, easy and convenient maintenance, average load of equipment as well as increased production efficiency.
