The copper dressing process composes the three parts:
1.Crushing: this is the essential procedure which will crush the raw materials to appropriate size suitable for grinding.
2.Grinding: this procedure will grind the crushed materials to obtain the more small particles suitable for material flotation.
3.Flotation: this is the important procedure of the copper flotation/dressing. The reagent will be added in the mixer to have the chemical reaction. The raw ore will be crushed first by jaw crusher to appropriate size and sent evenly in the ball mill through bucket and feeder for further grinding, then go forward in the next step: classification. The spiral classifier, by aid of principle of different specific gravity in the solid particles resulting thereby the different precipitation velocity in liquid, will wash and classify the mixed materials.
