1.VPI Process Enhancement: The Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) process is adopted to enhance the insulation performance of the transformer. Meanwhile, it makes the winding and insulating materials closely combined, improving the reliability and stability of the transformer and performing excellently in complex industrial fields such as chemical and metallurgical industries.
2.Compact Structure: The embracing winding process is used to make the transformer structure more compact, saving installation space, facilitating its placement in areas with limited space and reducing transportation costs and difficulties at the same time.
Operation Environment
A) Altitude: Not exceeding 1000m, shall be derating used if above 1000m;
B) Ambient Temperature: -25℃~55℃.
C) Relative Humidity: ≤95%;
D) As to the installation site, to make sure no bad effect on transformer insulation, chemical deposition, dust, and other explosive or erosive medium.
E) The supply voltage approximates sinusoidal wave, and the three-phase voltage is relatively balanced.
